2024 Flu/Covid Season

At Heart Pharmacy, we’re committed to keeping our patients and the wider community safe this flu season. Provincial health experts are warning that the 2024 flu season is likely to be particularly severe and are encouraging all residents to get a flu shot.

Flu and Covid vaccinations are expected to be available in community pharmacies starting on October 15th. This year, all publicly funded flu and Covid vaccinations will be booked through the provincial government's "Get Vaccinated" digital portal. This process will be familiar for everyone who has already booked a Covid vaccination or booster shot.
